Hi,this is a request for Administrator
i don't know where to post this, sorry for posting here
In javaranch, there is no forum for AspectJ, which very advanced and useful technology. Could you please take my request and do the needful to start a forum.

We generally consider creating a new forum when there are lots of posts about a particular technology or product. In the last 6 months, there were 15 topics that mentioned AspectJ, most of them not direct questions about it. That level of interest does not merit its own forum.

For the time being, questions about AspectJ would be most appropriate for the Other Open Source Projects forum.

Whereas, when the question is more a general AOP design question, it might also be appropriate for the OO forum.

I think Java in general (advanced) would be a great fit. What's more advanced than fiddling with the bytecode!
