Hi friends,
I have to develop a multimedia authoring tool, basically utilising images, sound, video etc. and provide for presentations etc.
I was wondering how good support I could get if I were to develop it in either VC++ or in Java.
I would be interesed to know the pros and cons of developing such a software in any of the above mentioned technologies.
Waiting for your suggestions and help.
Amit

Check out the Java Media APIs like the Java Media Framework for what Java can support.
