Problem with rundll32 (open an URL in a new Brower window)
posted 15 years ago
Hello all! I need some help with opening a html file in a new browser. I currently use this in my code: Runtime.getRuntime().exec("rundll32 url.dll,FileProtocolHandler " + url); Where, of course, url is a string to the web site. This works ok if there isn't a browser started on the computer. However, if a browser is started, that browser window is used to open the url. I need some help in forcing the browser to start a new window with the specific url. Need some help quick here...
