Just be prepared with your IT skills, like aptitude, Basic Technical knowledge .. As you are fresher, you have plenty of opportunities to face off campus of all big MNC, . Visits sites for Patni, Infosys, TCS, etc, . as they hire fresher every year ..

Good luck and give your best at every endeavour.

Hi Gaurav
Certification do help a lot. Apart from that you need to be prepared for few expected interview questions, being a fresher you should be sound in aptitude, reasoning & logical analysis which are being expected from candidates by many CMM Level 5 companies if you desire to get into them.Your first impression is the CV you carry, the attitude you putforth & finally the confidence in your communication. There seems no other approach other than this.Certification is good but one should be aware of the basics, even though sometimes basics outgo certifications. So be prepared and confident. Best of Luck.

Apply as a fresher, during interview show your keenness to work on Oracle. If you have certification then it will be added advantage.

There are many companies who work mainly in Oracle like Kale Consultants. Apply in those companies.

-- Make sure that you have an effective resume

-- At least be familiar with the sought after technologies like Spring, Hibernate, JSF, etc and mention it in your resume.

-- Market yourself as a well-rounded candidate.
