Ok people, let me see if I can describe what I have and make sense at the same time.
I have a Window with internal Frames. Inside one of these internal frames I have a canvas where I need to listen for mouse events. I have another class file that implements the listener. So far, everything works. But what I need to do now is an action that changes components of the internal frame upon mouse events.
The problem is that I cannot access my components from the mouse event class. Does anyone have a solution for me? I have tried importing the internal frame class into the mouse event class but it doesn't work because it wants things static, but you can't implement static context.
HELP PLEEEAASSEE!!
Much appreciated
Gregg

I figured it out!!! I used a nested class for my listener.
