Hi,
I've a JTextfield which takes in email-ids. I need to validate in such a way that not only it checks for "@" & "." ( which is not a big deal ) but also correct domain names & stuff. Does anyone have a sample code for this?
Regards,
Vinod

Have you looked at the java mail API. I think there are methods to do that in that package.

I did not understand what is Mail API. Package? How to install?
But if you shd make with std why don't you take useful to you code from "java Mail API" classes? You may even make it after just using 2java Mail API" and then just browsing to used parts.
