Hi all,
I am H1B stamped through company X about an year back but till now i did not got opportunity from that company to work in USA , If i resign that company will i able to go to USA and search a job there and get my VISA Transfered as i am having the validity for more 2 years for the VISA. Can anybody let me know the correct and accurate answer for this , it will be highly appreciable.

As far as I know, you cannot directly travel to US without any approved employment and you cannot transfer the H1b to other employer without working here for a while (I think around 3 months) for the original employer.

However, don't take my advice but check out some immigration forums where you can get reliable information.
