Hi,

It is WORKING HOLIDAY MAKER VISA for UK.

I am aware that it will be given for 2 years. Among 12 months can be work in UK, rest of period cannot work UK, though we can stay.

I do some search on this http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/howtoapply/infs/inf15workingholidaymakers

My Query is, Will it possible to change our Visa from WHM to Work Permit visa/HSMP. If I get an employer during my WHM.

Thank You!

Ramesh.

because this visa only allows you to work for 1 year in UK is it possible to get into any good company with this kind of visa(like IBM)? because if one is a valuable asset the company wouldn't let you go in 1 year or their investment would be wasted.

By the way what are some good software companies in London?

You can have a different perspective and understand cultural differences. Also can enhance your soft skills. As mentioned before, if you can prove yourself to be a great contributor, there could be other possibilities.
