I am now creating a Java SWING application. The application will be finished soon. I need to add the installer function to my application, that means a user can use the installer to install my application. However, I am new to the installer. I just know that there is a installer called InstallAnywhere. Is there any other installer good for the same purpose? Besides, I don't know how to use it. Is there any good link for reference? Thanks!
Stephen

Apart from InstallAnywhere (www.zerog.com) there are other products from InstallShield, Sitraka's Deployment tool can used.
You can get 30 day trail ver from these. They are friendly products so you can give try trail ver

Hi Stephen,
There's an Install Toolkit for Java available for free d/l on Alphaworks.
Haven't used it myself but it might be worth investigating.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
