Hi -
Essentially, what I'm trying to do is create an applet that will accept a double (degree/radian/whatever) into the constructor and then a dial will go along with it. For example, if the value passed is 34, I want the dial to indicate 34 degrees. Has anyone done this before? I could use a starting point.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
You need to look at the API for the Graphics2D class and classes that implement the Shape interface. You will probably want to create a class that extends either a Panel or JPanel depending on whick JDK you're using and override the paint method in that class to draw your dial.
Hope this helps
