Jlist's scrollbar does not show the lower scroll button

Hi, I have a JFrame with a Jlist.The problem is the Jlist's scrollbar's lower scroll button is not visible,but I'm able to scroll down to the list using the arrow in the Keybrd.Plz help me solve this problem.

it would be much easier to help, if you could post some simple code. I have never seen this before. Maybe it is a simple mistake?
