how to capture event when plus sign of jtree is clicked

Hello ,
As in the windows explorer , i don't want to select the tree node when expand icon i.e "+" is clicked , in th jtree , is it possible in jtree.

This is the default behavior of JTree... You actually have to click on the text portion of the node to select it... (At least under JDK 1.4, which is what I'm using...)
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
