Hai...
I have a question for you people. My application deals with the bank transactions ie deposit and withdrawals constructed in an applet. As far as bank transactions are concerned, they are working fine.I has to display a scrolling message at the bottom of the applet showing the current balance in the account. When iam trying to do that,i declared an inner class called Marquee which extends canvas and implements runnable. In the run method, iam calling the repaint method. Here instead of calling the paint method which is local to the Marquee class, the paint method of the applet is being called.I don't want that.I need to get a call for the paint method which is over-ridden in the marquee class. How to get rid of this problem. Please try to help me as soon as possible as i have to submit the application tomorrow.
Lokking forward for valuable replies.
Radha.
