I want to draw some circles and boxes to make a process. And the funcitons I need are lised two parts below.
(1) I can draw some componets and move or resize
them. Just like MS visio's function.
(2) How do I save the process I have design?

hi,
1) for drawing you can get started at this site:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/uiswing/painting/index.html
(it's the swing tutorial on graphics)
2) to save the drawings you could try to serialize the specific java class that contains it. if the user wants to save an image, you should provide some export functionality that converts the drawings into some common file format. (java provides tools to do this: javax.imageio)
you could take a look at this open source project, as well: http://sourceforge.net/projects/diagram/
