how to interact between two internalframe  RSS feed

i have two internalframe in a frame(a.java,it is main program),one internalframe(b.java,define this internalframe) has a check box in it ,and another(c.java,define this internalframe) has a textfield in it , now i want to do this --
if i make check box selected , textfield display "aaaaaa"(or some other string),if i make
check box deselected ,textfield display "bbbbbb"
(or other string),i have know item listener,but i
dont know how to cross two internalframe?
please help me!!

U can keep a reference of C.Java in B.Java. When the checkbox is selected, call a function that will set the value of textfield in B.java. The reference of C can be passed to B from the main program. I hope this will solve the problem.
