Is it possible to do Drag and Drop of Graphical Components in an Applet?

It is and fairly easy too you just need to determine if the use has clicked on the component and then plot the new position by locating the new cursor position and repainting.

im sorry, actually what i wanted to ask was, i have applet1 displayed in browser1, then i have applet2 displayed in browser2, can i drag and drop any component(textfiled,button) ,line or rectangle etc...from applet1 to applet2.
could anyone pls let me know, any help is appreciated.
