I have a JTextPane and the Styled Document of this JTextPane must be saved as a flat file. When I start my Application again , the previous StyleDocument has to be loaded.
However as I have foreign characters and much formatted text, when I try to save using ObjectOutputStream , I get Not Serialized Exception.
Can any one help me to save this StyledDocument as flat file in the Disk?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
