Hi,
I've looked around for a layout manager which is best
suited for my form applications. Then I found "JGoodies Forms".
But it has very complicated form design issues although
the final application built on it looks so good. Does anyone
suggest any alternative forms layout manager ?

You don't provide enough information to suggest what layout would be best.

If you have lable and textfield then go with GridBagLayout.

I have several form based UI's. I don't want to
reinvent the wheel everytime I decorate the UI. So
I've looked at an Layout manager that is capable of
FormFactories, etc. I've found JGoodies.
http://www.jgoodies.com
Its form package is perfect in design but has very
complicated measure issues. So ask whether anyother
layout manager like jgoodies's is existed or not ?

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
