Hi, I am subclassing a JTable class. How can I turn the tootip off in my class so that when the table cell gets expanded, I won't see the tooltip?
Also, How can I add a blank more space in between tow lines of text in JDialog? I always add an empty JLabel in between. new JLabel(" "); Is there any better way to do so?
Thanks,

You have to unregister your component with ToolTipManager.
User ToolTipManager.sharedInstance().unregisterComponent() to supress tooltips.
