how can i make my project show as the style as window's MDI  RSS feed

hello,
how can make my project appear as window's MDI frame.and now i am implemented my project use the common frames, so in my prject ,there can be many frames.so we want to make the frames show in the main frame just like the window's MDI styles.thanks.

i am found how to make the windows appears like the MDI styles, in JDK,there is a class named JInternalFrame.and we can implement that easily.
