JTree Problem: Navigating with KeyBoard

Question: How to stop navigating through the JTree by pressing the first alphabet of the node. and also ALT+first alphabet.
This nature of navigation is default in JTree.
Even if I do not add keylistener to Jtree , it navigated as mentioned above.
How to stop it., Actually I want to have popup menu when pressed CTRL+G.
so i think i cannot stop adding key listener.
ALT+first alphabet should not work also. only CTRL+some alpa
