Just like MS Word,
before you come to the workspace of Word,
there is one license information image...
How can I do the same thing in Java?
Thanks!

I'm thinking that what you mean is the splash screen. If in fact, that is what you are referring to, then you can easily create your own splash screen by using the Swing component JWindow. JWindow does not contain a titlebar or border so it is perfect for custom splash screens. You can add buttons and text and images to your liking.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the comment!
It seems reasonable to have a try.
BTW,
Do you know where I can get some sample codes for JWindow with the similar functionality?

"Shining Star" -

Welcome to the JavaRanch! Please adjust your displayed name to meet the
JavaRanch Naming Policy.
You can change it here.

You can find source code for splash screens in Java here, here, or just do a Google search for "Java splash screen"... you can find tons of examples...

Thanks! and welcome to the JavaRanch!
