I have a background in delphi, but have done very little Swing.
What is the best swing book that show's real world techniques - Vorobiev or Zukowski or another one?
Any expert opinion welcome....

I found the first edition of Java Swing to be very informative. Haven't tried the second edition.

I like the explainations in Swing Book.
Try this link to the 1st edition of the book to get a feel for it.

Try half.com. I got a brand new O'Reilly Java Swing book there for $2! Most of the Swing books I have seen are a year or older so half.com usually has some at dirt cheap prices.
