Hi,
I'm new to this forum so hi to everyone. I am developing/working on a java GUI. The problem I have is that when I launch the GUI in UNIX, a small window pops up as well as the main application and this pop up does not happen in windows. I know that this is sketchy to say the least but I was wondering anyone had ever come across or heard anything like this?

Are you using the "java" or the "javaw" command to launch the application?
