Modal Dialog always on top of other Executables

hi all
I m using a Modal Dialog to display a message.I want it to be in front of an exe running in application.Itz always in front position against any other java window.
Please let me know how can i make my Dialog Modal positined in front even in case of an executable?

I don't think there is any way to do that using pure Java. If you're willing to use JNI, check out the API for SetWindowPosition (windows only).
