about JFileChooser

Hi,

I am palying with JFileChooser, I put out some code and it does shows
a openDialog box when run.

Problem is the program does NOT terminate after I choose a file & click OK.
(I did not see the promt appear)

Please advise if I did something wrong ?

import javax.swing.filechooser.FileFilter;

    JFileChooser chooser = new JFileChooser(new File("."));
    chooser.setSelectedFile(new File("Play.java"));

        return f.getName().toLowerCase().endsWith(".java") || 
               f.isDirectory() ;
      }
      public String getDescription() {  return "*.java";  } 
    });
    int result = chooser.showOpenDialog(null);

    System.out.println(chooser.getSelectedFile().getName());

Place System.exit(0); as the last sentence.
