I use 'xplookandfeel.jar' from Stefan Krause in my apps (JDK1.3). I followed his instructions "To use the look and feel for in your project just add the line UIManager.setLookAndFeel("com.stefankrause.xplookandfeel.XPLookAndFeel"); at the very beginning of your main method." In my apps I used several components (JButton, JTextField, JComboBox, JCheckBox and etc). I have no problem on these components but in JTabbedPane I got this error when I run my apps:

UIDefaults.getUI() failed: createUI() failed for javax.swing.JTabbedPane[,0,0,0x0,invalid,alignmentX=null,alignmentY=null,border=,flags=0,maximumSize=,minimumSize=,preferredSize=,haveRegistered=false,tabPlacement=TOP] java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException.java.lang.Error

How can I sovle this problem?

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
