I was looking at a post by Jim Yingst and saw that he had almost 20,000 posts on java ranch! I have about 600 and can't imagine the effort involved in making 20,000 posts! Good job Jim.

It made me think though, who are the java ranch top 10 posters and how many posts do each of them have. Does anyone know?

Yeah, noticed that. At the rate he is going, won't be surprised if he gets to that mark by the end of the week, if not sooner.

This does not belong here. Jim getting to that mark is neither meaningless nor drivel. It probably belongs in 'Javaranch'?

Congratulations, Jim. Wishing *ourselves* for many more from you.

considering most of what Jim says is meaningless, i think this is the perfect place for this thread.

Well 20,000 posts are less for Jim as compared to how much he knows.

Who's Jim?

Seriously - the ranch is really incredibly lucky to have Jim, not only for what he does visibly (the 20K posts), but also for the massive amounts of work he does behind the scenes.

Thanks Jim!

Best regards, Andrew
