Display JDialog Problem

Hi all.

I got this problem, i hope someone can help me.

I got a search in a database, before i display a jDialog with a label with "wait .." message, but the label doesn't display the dialog is blank(well, with the windows default color, gray i guess). The label display when the search to the DB is finished.
