I am trying to set look and feel for my GUI application, does any one know how to do this? Here is the code with which I was trying :

I did this but it seems to doesnt care it gives me the same stupid look and feel again and again does not matter what UIManager.setLookandFeel is set to, am I missing something?

Thanks a lot for your time

Hi Mike,

The reason is that daufalt LookAndFeel is set in MetalLookAndFeel already. So your code does not change any setting in LookAndFeel.

Try using different LookAndFeel below, it should work.
