Suppose I had a frame of some size say(400,300). If I drag the frame and made some operations on it and when I move to the next frame by doing some action say by clicking a button the next frame should be in the latest size but not of (400,300). How it can be done. I am getting a frame of same dimension after performing an action and moves to next frame.

private void jButton1_actionPerformed(ActionEvent e)
{
nextframe.setSize(frame1.getSize());
}

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
