Nested Management

Hello,

Can anyone let me know how effectively to manage layout using Layout different Managers or Nested Layout Managers.. I did got some tutorial from sun website but it was not convincing enough.. please if any body knows any tutorial please let me know..

I have gone through this tutorial .. I am not convinced with this tutorial.. I need some thing which is clear.. this one is very abstract.. he has not specified things clearly.. Thanks for taking trouble to search for me thanks a lot
