I am using a JFrame and trying to make it's contents scale when resizing the frame. I'm setting the frames size to what I want. However, the frames size() is not really the size of the usable portion. How do I get the size of the undecorated area of a frame?

TIA,

For the archive searchers:

The undecorated area of the window is the size returned by getSize() minus the appropiate insets returned by getInsets().
