Is there any Rendering Engine available that takes jpeg,png,gif image files and render it in 3D Environment
If yes suggest some Engines for doing it

If this is another aspect about your 3-D chess game then I think you are aiming for way-to-much and you really need to narrow the scope of what you can achieve in the next 2 weeks.

Images can be used to texture (read put colour onto) a 3-D surface, but they bare little relationship to a 3-D model which is what I suspect you are really asking about.

I believe it would be a very difficult computer science problem to solve to be able to extract a 3-D model from a 2-D image (and make it look good). I am not aware of any such engines that you are asking about.

However, to offer some advice on getting to your goal, try searching the web for some free 3-D models of the images you are after. You never know, you could get lucky.
