We are using one CRM Server.Client server communication is through RPC.On client side,we have provided spell check. That is when user wants to do a spell check on some TextField on a form,we call Microsoft word spellcheck through OLE."Run OLE" action is provided on client side component which we run at a time when client clicks on spellCheck menu item.
Is it possible to be Microsoft word independent? There are 1/2 open source Java Spell Checkers.
Suppose there is one screen deisigned in Java itself.Customer types in JTextArea. How to call JavaSpellChecker in this case? which will do a spell check on transaction data?
Thanks

Even though your application is distributed, the question doesn't really pertain to that part... it has more to do with the integration of the spellchecker with your client-side code.

Moving to the Swing forum, where this question is more applicable.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
