Hi everyone!

I would like to make a program, which downloads a given page, makes a comparison to the previously downloaded version, then shows us the difference. So far, i'm done with the comparison, but i need a way to make it visible. I also make comparisons with normal files(text, source code), but i thought the best way to show a web file(htm for example) is to show it like a browser. I've seen some codes which make a nice web-browser using JEditorPane. However, JEditorPane accepts only URL or String to create a view. I've tried to put the whole downloaded file in a String(which can be 100.000bytes or more!), but when i try to run it, it only beeps once and the window is blank. Anyone knows why this could be? Maybe the missing pictures or the stylesheet? Anyone knows a way to show a given file(not a string if possible) in HTML the best way(i mean if the pic/stylesheet is not avaliable, just ignore)?

Thanks!
Aeren

PS: I can send some codes if needed.

Have to again.
These sites are kinda the same
as JEditorPane. How can you make
it show a downloaded file(for example: C:\1\1.html)?
