how to get swing application in program files

hello friends, i m in a urgent need. i want my swing application to be displayed in program files through "Start" button.
kindly help me in solving.

Google information on executable JAR files. You should then be able to create a shortcut to your executable JAR and launch it from the start menu.

You have to make .bat file for running your application in windows.

I use both .bat for windows user and .sh for linux users.

No you do not have to. An executable JAR works as I mentioned before.

Some Zip programs have a bad habit of associating JAR-files with themselves.
