Regarding the cursor, javadoc for java.awt.Component.setCursor(java.awt.Cursor) says:

This cursor image is displayed when the contains method for this component returns true for the current cursor location, and this Component is visible, displayable, and enabled.

Is there anyway to work around this? I want the component to be disabled and at the same time show a wait cursor, so the user knows something cooking.

Thanks in advance.

Praveen.
