The FAQ now requires a Saloon account to make changes

In recent months there has been a wave of automated spam targeting the JavaRanch FAQ. Since cleaning that up isn't particularly fun to do, we've changed the software so that anyone wanting to make changes needs to be logged into the Saloon. This will prevent any automated spam bots from making changes, and thus will let us spend our time on more productive things than cleaning up after them.
Viewing and searching the FAQ pages is still possible without being logged in.
