Can we not remove 'Meaningless Drive' from top of list in 'Today Questions' page?
They just distract people attention when they are dealing with imp technology questions

Although I do agree they need to exists, atleast we can remove them from 'Todays question' !

How hard is it to skip over them? I do not find them distracting in the least.

D&D questions would be perfectly at home in MD, so I'm not sure what you're saying.

Dungeons and Dragons. Where you will find imps. As well as trolls, ogres, brownies, fairies and the occasional giant purple worm.

If I'm not mistaken, D&D is a computer game where you have to fight mythical characters. Imps, for example. So it's an example of the "imp technology" you were talking about.

I believe Ernest was making a joke.

We prefer people here use real words. We assume that's what people do, so when you talk about "imp" questions, he thought you were talking about the mythical creature, a common creature in Dungeons and Dragons, the fantasy role playing game. And those questions WOULD belong in meaningless drivel.

Gotcha.
So basically none of the bartender thinks that MD questions should be removed from 'Today's Topic' list...

I guess I have to keep simple approach of skipping over them.
I know its not hard, just thought of presenting my thoughts.

It's not just our opinions. The owner of the forum considers MD to be an important component.

plus, it is the 'active topics' list, not the 'active JAVA topics' list.

Well, in fact it is a pen'n'paper role playing game: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dungeons_%26_Dragons - and it's more about *adventure* than about pure fighting.

The computer games are just a poor rip-off.

And I read D&D as "Data and Decisioning" (a department at XYZ concern). The abbreviation suits well at this context as well.
