Can i select multiple nodes of a tree through ctrl+shift.
How??

If you hold down the "ctrl" key you can select multiple rows with the mouse (as long as multiple selections are allowed by the trees ListSelectionModel). If you want to make keyboard–only selections with designer–defined KeyStrokes you can see how at How to Use Key Bindings.
For general keyboard navigation see table 32 at the bottom of the page A: Keyboard Navigation, Activation, and Selection which (belongs in the frame and) is listed as an appendix of Java Look and Feel Design Guidelines.
