Its all depends on the current salary. For example if a person with salary 200,000 Indian rupees per annum may not be happy even if he get 20% hike and person with 1000000 Indian rupees per annum may be happy with 20% hike.

Hi,

take a look into Herzberg's Motivation-Hygiene Theory. Then you'll
know, that once you get a decent paycheck money doesn't motivate
you anymore.

You can not answer the question "will more money make you change your job",
it depends on other factors.

I have to agree with Homer. I think a discussion around the survey would be an interesting discussion appropriate for the forum. However, as this posting is simply trying to get others to go to a site for purposes of value seemingly just to the poster, and that the poster has not meet the naming policy, I'm going to move it.
