in my project I want to write code for watermarking Image....not text...

Plz ,, if any one has any idea..or sample code for that plz give me that...

Yes - this can be a Java topic

Kavita - if you do a search in this forum for "watermark" you will find some code examples and a working program that I posted a while back that does this.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
