Hello everyone i am new to this forum ...wanted to ask you that whether swing supports video i mean can i develop an application which supports webcam .....please help me on this

The Java Media Framework (JMF) provides support for audio/video content, and has ways to tie these to Swing components. I haven't used JMF for interfacing with a webcam, but this is the first place I would look for information.
