hi

I want to have a close (x)button on the tab portion of the JTabPane so that whenever user click on(X same as the one in wnidows)tab pane should get closed
can any 1 help me

Never tried myself, but have you found the example in the Java tutorial (not the first example)? I think that does what you want. See if you can understand the code attached.
