Hi All,
I've a requirement to record all the user actions on swing application like mouse click on some button... entering text on text field or selection of item in combo box etc..

Note that the program should be independent of the application.

Pls.. give me a small clue how can I proceed.

Thanks in advance,
Sam

Why does the recording application need to be separate from the application being recorded? It would be so easy to do it right within the Swing application.

To say frankly I don't have the source code for the application. It is belongs to some other vendor. Now I need a requirement to capture all user actions and record them.

Pls advise if anybody knows about this.

Usually the people who involved in implementing the automated GUI testing tools knows very well.

any help would be apreciated.

Thanks,
Sam
