In my proram , I have 3 JComboboxes for day , month ,year respectively .
In which , day and month have registered for ItemListener .
When I click day once , itemStateChanged(ItemEvent ie) is invoked more than once .

once for de-selection, again for selection.

use getStateChange() to determine the one you want
