Displaying background image in JDialog and Also components

Hi,
I have a JDialog where i have to show an image in the background like watermark and also i have few components(JLabel, JComboBox, JTextfields, JButtons....) to be displayed in the dialog. Can i have some idea/sample code to do this.

return to the swing forum's main page for the faq link which has an example
of a background image on a JPanel.

add the panel to the dialog, then add components to the panel
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
