i am not getting how to insert a arraylist to a JTable  RSS feed

hi
i am tryiny to populate the JTable with the arraylist, but not getting how to do it .

can anyone help me how can i do it

A list is one-dimensional, while a table is two-dimensional. Is a JTable really the best component for showing the contents of the list? Or might a JList be more appropriate? I'm asking because JList is easier to work with than JTable.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
