Hi guys,

Need your inputs again

I am in the process of writting a swing application, which will allow user to select some event log file (log file contains thousands of event objects in serialized form) and can display those event objects in JXTable using reflection to actually inspect the nature of object.
I have so far tested it with 10-15 event objects and disply them in JXTable.

Challenge i am facing are:

1. What strategy can be best suited to show thousands of Serialized Event Objects in JXTable (probably using some pagination stuff, but i am blank on this as far as Swing is concerned, can someone give his/her inputs on the same).

2. Serialized Event objects which are deserialised and shown in JXTable using reflection, can inturn contain some other objects as well (internal objects will be POJO, but can have different structures all together inside main Events Object). These internal objects are to be displayed using tree like Strucutre e.g

| Name Type Topic TimeStamp Details |
| + Event1 XYZ ABC <whatever> |
| |
| |

On Selecting Event1 (considering it to be an internal object wrapped with main Event Object), the scenario should be as described below.

| Name Type Topic TimeStamp Details |
| - Event1 XYZ ABC <whatever> |
|---------------------------------------------------------------| - property0: value0 |
|---------------------------------------------------------------| - property1: value1 |

How can these scenario be achieved?

The approach i have take currently is
1. User double clicks on Event1 and a new window pops-up for showing details of the that internal event object, i am using JXTreeTable for now,
would like to know how i can use JXTree over here

Or any other approach?

Waiting for active responses on the same.
